Home away from home for performing artists and fans, unwinders, special occasions, ski stops and business travelers. Located inside entrance #1 of RR Park & Amphitheatre. 1.3 mile walk to the East entrance of Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Perfect location for shows or a mountain getaway with easy access to hiking and biking at Red Rocks Park, Matthew’s-Winters Park and Dinosaur Ridge. 2 minutes to downtown Morrison, 10 minutes to downtown Golden, 20 minutes to downtown Denver, 30 minutes to Boulder.
Take our private drive up 500 ft where you can find our guesthouse. The guesthouse is separated from our primary house by 20 feet. The interior of the guesthouse includes bedroom with king bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, and living room. Lounge on new patio w HOT TUB.

Notes

Our family lives in the main house which is located approximately 20 feet from the guesthouse. We are a music and nature loving family of 4. Our 30-pound Sheepadoodle, Ziggy, roams the property freely and other neighboring dogs occasionally stop by for a visit. If you are not a dog person, this may not be the place for you. The guesthouse does not have a kitchen, however there is counter space to mix drinks along with an under counter refrigerator, small freezer and ice maker. Also included - microwave, kuerig, wine glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, cutting board and ice bucket. Purchasing third party trip insurance is highly recommended for your financial protection after the cancellation window has passed.
