• NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parties or hospitality of guests beyond what is stated on your reservation. The number of guests beyond it is prohibited. We will charge $15 per night for each additional person staying in the apartment without permission. • LAUD MUSIC \ NOISE IS FORHIBITED BETWEEN 11PM TO 8AM. • SMOKING IS FORHIBITED INSIDE THE UNIT. A penalty of $300 will be applied for smoking in the unit.
