This fully-equipped and beautiful one-bedroom Ski-in/Ski out apartment is located right in the heart of The Village. Youre on the top floor of Lincoln House, the premier apartment hotel in Mammoth Lakes, where you can grab your skis from a complimentary locker and ride the gondola straight up to the ski slopes. Our mountain home has gorgeous views of the Village Stage, the shops, and the mountains beyond.
In winter, when youre ready to ski or ride, just grab your equipment from one of the spacious guest ski lockers and hop on the gondola for a ride above the trees straight to Canyon Lodge. In spring and summer, all the fun Mammoth events and activities take place in the Village square right outside the building.
No need for a car--you have the many Village many restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife, plus The Village Stage. Just walk out the front door of the security building and youre right there. Youre also steps away from multiple free shuttle buses to get you all around the area or connect you with buses to Yosemite and other outstanding Sierra Nevada hiking and sight-seeing attractions.
Our home sleeps at least four. The spacious bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the sofa in the living room opens into a full-sized bed.
Everything is provided for your convenience, including a gas fireplace in the living room; large TVs in the living room and bedroom with free cable. There is excellent cellular coverage in the unit, but no wifi due to building limitations.
Your stay includes full access to all resort services, including secured indoor underground parking, access to the pool, exercise room, and hot tub, on-site laundry room, and your own private ski locker. Cook Thanksgiving dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen or enjoy one of the many restaurants and bars just downstairs, take a yoga class on the corner, grab a coffee, or shop in the many Village stores and boutiques.
There is no Mammoth Lakes vacation as luxurious and convenient as a beautifully appointed apartment in The Village. And ours is less expensive and more beautiful than any other. We hope you will join us!
Mammoth Lakes is known for the Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain ski areas and nearby trails. The town is a base for Devils Postpile National Monument, a formation of basalt columns, and the soaring Rainbow Falls. To the north, saltwater Mono Lake is dotted with limestone towers. Yosemite National Park, with its granite cliffs and ancient sequoias, is nearby.
Adventure is available year-round in Mammoth Lakes. In fact, there is a lot of debate about which season is best. During winter you can ski and snowboard Mammoth Mountain or take off into the wilderness on your cross country skis. When spring hits, you can ski and also celebrate the fishing opener in the same day. The summer melts away the snow, opening roads to Devils Postpile National Monument, 101-foot Rainbow Falls and the gateway to Yosemite National Park. Some claim autumn is the best season because you get all of the sightseeing of summer PLUS spectacular fall colors and fewer visitors. No matter what time of year you visit, there are plenty of things to do in Mammoth Lakes.

1. Owner has the right to alter furniture, fittings, amenities, and facilities or make any other alteration, and differences between the listing as shown on the website and the actual property or furnishing may exist.
2. The person booking the property, the Client, is responsible for all communications with the owner and it is his or her responsibility to provide this information to all occupants. The Client is responsible for payment in full and for compliance by all occupants with the terms and conditions.
3. The Client will provide the correct first and last names of all overnight guests and provide a clear image of the Clients current driver's license or passport, as well as Client's mobile telephone number and email address.
4. If the number of overnight occupants is greater than 4, the Client will have breached this agreement and Owner has the right to refuse or revoke the booking without refund of any kind.
5. The Client is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition in which it was received and responsible for any loss or damage to the property, any missing items, or any need for extraordinary cleaning. Client knows that there are valuable pieces of furniture and artwork in the property and that Client's responsibility for loss or damage is not limited by the amount of Airbnb's security deposit.
6. All occupants are required to act responsibly and with respect to Owner and staff. No parties or commercial events are allowed, and no commercial filming or photography. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 7 am. Client may use a maximum of two parking places within the facility. If disruptive or dangerous behavior occurs, owner may require an occupant or client to vacant the property. Client acknowledges that he or she is responsible for the safety and security of all occupants and that the property contains a swimming pool, hot tub, and other features that could present a hazard, especially to children, if care is not taken. Client will not allow children in the pool or spa area without adult supervision.
6. Owner is not responsible for the death or injury to any person or damage to any property arising from Client's use of the property. Client will comply with The Village Lodge rules regarding use of the common areas and facilities, including parking and the pool and spa.

If any occupant is ill with an infection disease or has tested positive for Covid, or if any occupant has been in contact in the 10 days before the start of the reservation with a person who has Covid or who has tested positive for Covid, the Client must inform Owner. Owner may require cancellation of the reservation to protect housekeepers and other staff, but in that event, any non-refunded deposit paid by Client will be available to Client as a credit for a future reservation within the following six months.
7. Client to pay a $50 fee for each lost key card; $100 fee for lost parking pass. No skis or snowboards in the apartment, please--we provide a guest ski locker.
