A stunning two-bedroom penthouse apartment in a traditional Savoyard chalet.
This exceptional apartment sleeps up to 6 people in luxury. The décor is traditional, but with a contemporary twist of industrial chic. Every effort has been made to ensure that guests are as comfortable as possible. The open plan living area has cosy wooden floors and elegant double French windows that lead out onto the private balcony. The views of the Chamonix valley from the balcony will take your breath away. There are two large sofas and a flat-screen, Smart TV in the living room. Next to it is the dining area, with a large wooden table for 6 people. This leads on to the wonderfully minimalist, yet fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and raclette.

Bedroom 2: A stylish room with warm wooden panelling, 2 single beds, storage and reading lights.
Extra: Double sofa bed in the living area, sleeps two in comfort.

Location
The apartment is in an ideal location in Le Tour, next to the village of Argentière, just 150m from the lifts for the Le Tour skiing area. During the winter months, there is a bread depot on the ground floor of the building for fresh bread every morning. There is also a good restaurant and a ski rental outlet on site.
Argentière has all the amenities for a perfect holiday: good restaurants and bars, shops and the popular Panda Club, for younger children. More advanced skiers head for Les Grands Montets, above Argentière, for some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Alps.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing, there is the renowned QC Termes spa just a 10-minute drive away.
Geneva airport is a 1½ hour drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express. A damage deposit of 1200EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
