This spacious garden flat, in a quiet part of Sanremo, with stunning sea views, makes an ideal holiday base to relax and explore this beautiful part of the Italian Riviera.

On the ground floor of a modern residence, this apartment sleeps 4 people. It has a large, shaded terrace and a well-tended, private garden, with views out over Sanremo and the Ligurian Sea beyond. The terrace and garden have sun loungers and chairs for guests to relax. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs for al fresco meals.

The large living area has 2 sofas and a comfortable armchair, with 2 sets of glass doors leading out onto the terrace, which make the room light and airy. There is a flatscreen TV and, on the other side of the room, an elegant dining table which seats four.

The immaculate kitchen, next to the dining area, is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, for informal dining. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet area of western Sanremo, just a 13-minute walk from the beach and a 25-minute walk from the famous Casino di Sanremo, with its theatre, restaurants and gaming rooms. Sanremo’s old town is known for its charming cobbled streets and excellent family-run restaurants. If you are inspired to cook, then the covered market is a must (every day except Sunday). Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables and fruit. There is a fish market (every day except Sunday) where you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.

The internationally renowned Sanremo Music Festival is held in late February or early March every year. The city is buzzing with famous singers and performers. There is also the Sanremo Car Rally, the Rallye Sanremo, which takes place in October. It is one of Europe’s classic car races, which began back in the 1920s, and the atmosphere is electric.


There are many other beautiful beaches along the coast. One of the prettiest is Cala degli Orsi (20 minutes drive). Arma di Taggia (20 minutes) is another beautiful beach where you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas and pedaloes. There are also fun games for children.

The closest airport is Nice (France) which is a 1-hour drive. Genoa airport is 1 hour and 50 minutes from the apartment. A damage deposit of 150EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
