Ideally located a few minutes walk away from the pretty beach of Loiri and the hub of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants in Porto San Paolo this third-floor penthouse apartment (no lift) provides the perfect base for exploring the north-east coastline of Sardinia. The property comfortably sleeps 6 guests and enjoys a large, covered terrace with a dining area and the most incredible sea views.

Inside the comfortable living space is furnished with a large soft seating area, coffee table, flat-screen TV and dining table. The small kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Location

This property is located within a Marine Protected Area where the coastline is famous for its beautiful turquoise seas and views of the Island of Tavolara. It is located a few minutes walk from Loiri beach and the pretty village of Porto San Paolo. Centered around a small marina where visitors can catch a ferry to visit to Tavolara and other nearby islands, Porto San Paolo also offers many boutiques, restaurants and bars. There are nearby beaches accessible by foot, including Loiri which are great places for snorkelling and diving. Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). There are also many sporting activities nearby including surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away. Electricity charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 5 per KW
