Sea You at the Beach - cozy, elegant one bedroom one bathroom condo 985 square feet the perfect place for a couple to relax and enjoy. Located on the 1st level, one level above ground - elevator available. Sea You at the Beach has fresh coastal paint colors, remodeled kitchen with granite counter top and upgraded wood cabinets, fully equipped with cookware, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has granite vanity and a gorgeous large walk in shower. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress. This complex has the perfect backyard, located right on the beach and is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation at Holiday Villas III in Indian Shores and is on the white sandy beach of Indian Shores.
* * * CONSTRUCTION NOTICE * * *
The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project which began in late February 2023 through Summer of 2025. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and exterior painting. Condo #109 August - December 31, 2024 - will not have access to the patio off the sliding glass doors - at some point during this timeframe the slider doors will be boarded up for exterior construction.
While your unit stack section is being worked on you may not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. There may be noise during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) and with parking adjustments during your stay. The pool will remain open during much of the construction process as will all other access to our amenities.
Holiday Villas III has a large sparkling heated pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment. A shuffleboard court, a Tiki Bar, barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Pets are Not Allowed at this Community. One assigned parking space is available, parking is across Gulf Blvd, space marked #109. * Minimum length of stay is 7 nights / 8 days per community rules.
