Located on the corder of East Broad, once a historic 19th century house and shop, has served various uses throughout the homes history and has been fully updated for modern comfort. In addition to a residence, the building has housed a shoe maker, a church, a bakery, a salon, and even a laboratory. This heritage imparts extra character, and offers the experience of being part of the action of daily life passing by the large street-level windows.

Modern day action is primarily school kids coming and going from the elementary school across the street, neighbors out walking their dogs and periodic horse drawn carriages passing by in grand Savannah fashion.
