Please treat the home like your own, and we won't have any issues. I do not like to list a bunch of rules. Here are the two we must communicate:

1. ONLY put toilet paper in the toilets, no feminine products or anything else. And please use multiple flushes if needed instead of lots of toilet paper on one flush. The plumbing is older and we want to avoid any issues that may interrupt your comfy stay.

2. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the premises.

Payment for half is due upon booking with the balance due 30 prior to check-in day. If you book within 30 days of the check-in date, 100% is due.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
