Granite counters, airfry gas range, Kurig k & grnd. Fire rings, gas grills. The best hot tub ever, hot tub is shared.
Hiking out the back door. Bars and restaurants are walkable. Hill is steep.
Dog fee (under 40 lbs $40) , top 1/2 of house only.
Basement rents separate. new baby goat too!
You are located within the city limits of Helen. We have goats. This is the top 1/2 of a large A-frame. When it is rented this way there is a door leading down stairs that is locked. You are looking at a 1/2 house rental. The top 1/2. There is several steps to get in. When it is rented for 4 or more people we give you a code to unlock the door to a second bedroom. (you will have to ask) You will have your privacy and be by yourself in the house top 1/2 of the home. However the bottom 1/2 basement may be rented to another couple. There is a small cabin pictured and it is also rented for two people. We are dog friendly however there is a fee. 50$ All the decks on this level connect and are gated so your dogs can really have a good time running on the decks. Neutered or spayed dogs only and under 40 pounds.
People who like to cook, new gas air fry range, Plus a farmhouse copper sink. The master bathroom is entirely custom with a 5 foot garden tub plus bidet sprayer.
The main bedroom has a 2021 King top of the line Vibration Bed. YOU will love this!
We strictly enforce number of confirmed guest! we will evict you if you have extra people over and party.
NO PARTYS and NO EXTRA adult PEOPLE. Also to bring to your attention our furniture cannot handle people over 250 pounds.
Smoking outside ok, do not toss your bottle caps or butts! There is a covered smoking area.
Please pick up your trash.

features, the best hot tub you’ve ever been in, and a vibration motion bed await you. The hot tub is shared. We must know how many people and pets. We do have driveway cameras for your safety and ours.
We ask that you pick up your dogs poop from any of the yard areas.
Again, only the number of people declared in your reservation may be on the property.
Check in door code sent day of check in at 11, if you book after 11 on day of check in you may need to reach out to me for your door code.
