Entire home sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has bunk beds with a full xl on top and queen on bottom. Pack-N-Play provided for littles.

Home is equipped with two bathrooms. The master ensuite has a walk-in shower and hand-held showerhead; The Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash is provided in each bathroom.
Home is equipped with washer and dryer, located in the garage. Laundry detergent is available for guest use. Starter supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided at start of guest stay.

And to complete your wonderful stay, our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Fire up the flavors and unleash your inner grill master! Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So dont worry, weve got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and well happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!
The yard consists of desert landscaping, pavers and/or concrete. We are located in a desert environment, and it is common to encounter critters. Therefore, we do recommend that you wear shoes inside and out.

☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆

You are welcome to park your vehicles, boat, jet skis, trailers or dirt bikes inside the garage. Please note that the garage door needs to be opened and closed manually. There is no garage door clicker.

Please be aware that any sedan or 2-door vehicle will scrape its undercarriage when entering the garage. The driveway is steep and flattens out at the top. You are advised to park these types of vehicles in front of the home or backward on the driveway, with your emergency brake on.
