Welcome to Happy Hours! Hours is plural because we believe Happy should never be limited to just one hour! This spacious, fully restored historic home is the best of both worlds: modern conveniences with beautifully preserved historic charm.

Happy Hours includes:
-Gourmet kitchen with gas range, 2 dishwashers, double oven, large refrigerator
-2 Living Rooms, 1 Sunroom
-7 LARGE bedrooms
-3 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths
-Pool Table & Foosball Table
-2 Full size refrigerators with freezers, 1 beverage cooler, wet bar
-Huge wrap around porch with rockers and porch swing
-Private driveway for parking
-Outdoor shower
-Private backyard with fire pit, propane grill, smoker, and outdoor lighting
-Access to beach chairs, water toys, bikes, kayaks, cornhole boards, kan-jam, horseshoes, etc. in basement (cannot guarantee amount for each)
-Sanitized bed linens & bath towels (these are included in cleaning fee)
-3 tvs enabled with streaming capabilities (1 in 1st floor living room, 1 in foosball table room on 3rd floor, 1 floater tv that can be moved wherever desired)

1st Level:
-2 Living Rooms (1 with a tv)

-2 Half Baths

2nd Level:
-4 Bedrooms- 1 King bed in each except 1 Bunk room with 2 Twin bunk beds
-1 Private full bathroom connected to 1 of the King bedrooms with shower, jacuzzi tub, and large walk in closet
-1 Shared full bathroom with large walk in shower

3rd Level:
-3 bedrooms- 1 King bed in each except 1 room with 3 twin beds
-1 Shared full bathroom with shower and clawfoot tub
-Foosball table and tv room

**A starter set of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided, but additional supply of these will likely need to be provided by guests. Bed and bath linens are included with your stay.

**The cleaning and linen fee is $640 and unfortunately is not negotiable. This is a VERY large home and it takes a lot of work and time for the housekeepers to clean the house and flip the linens.

**There are multiple fireplaces throughout the interior of the house, but for safety purposes we have decided not to make these operable. Please do not try to burn wood in the inside fireplaces- you will burn the house down.

**The tvs are streaming enabled, but you will need to use your personal streaming services login for the desired app (Netflix, YoutubeTV, Hulu, etc.). If you dont currently subscribe to streaming services, free trials are always an option.

**The interior of the house has five sets of stairs:
1) The primary staircase leading from the 1st level to the 2nd level is wide with a landing 1/2 way up.

2) The secondary staircase off the kitchen leading from the 1st level to the 2nd level is narrow and steep.

Either the primary or the secondary staircase can be used to access the 2nd level.

3) The staircase going from the 2nd level to the 3rd level is narrow and steep.

4) There are stairs leading down to the 1st 1/2 bath on the 1st level. (It is the cutest, most head-scratchingly unique little 1/2 bath youve ever seen!)

5) There is 1 step down from the kitchen to the sunroom.

Please be certain to use the handrails, especially on the narrow and steep stairs!
