Nestled in a peaceful wooded neighborhood, this spacious 2,100+ square foot home offers the perfect getaway for families and friends. With 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for up to 10 guests. Two separate living areas provide ample space to relax, and Smart TVs in both the living and family rooms allow you to stream your favorite shows.

The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining room comfortably seats 10, with extra chairs and table extensions available. Stay comfortable year-round with central air, forced heat, and an additional wall A/C unit upstairs. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the hot tub (ideal for 5-6 guests), fire pit, front deck with seating, and a seasonal koi pond (covered in the Fall). The large driveway provides parking for up to 6 total vehicles or toy trailers depending on size (please note, no campers due to township regulations). A gas grill is also provided for outdoor meals.

Overall, please respect the property and neighbors.
1. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking. A sample copy can be provided upon request.
2. No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charge of $250 and cancellation of booking.
3. Check-in after 4pm, check-out by 11am. Prior to checkout, please load and start the dishwasher, strip sheets, place trash in the bin outside, and toss used towels in the tub.
4. Children: While children are welcome, please note that the home is not fully child-proof. For safety purposes, children may not be left unattended - especially in the open loft area or outdoors near the pond.
5. No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. If smoking outside, please move away from open doors/windows and dispose of all butts. Smoking or vaping inside will result in additional charge of $500.
6. Cameras: There are 5 cameras on the property. They are motion-activated and can be accessed remotely if needed. They monitor exterior entrances (3), inside the garage (1), and the pond (1). Cameras do not view inside any living space or the hot tub. Guests may not disable or block any camera.
7. Wifi may not be tampered with or unplugged.

**Please note: The hot tub on the property is not currently listed as an amenity as it not functional until the new cover comes in (currently backordered as of 6/9/22).

Payment Policy

Secure payments collected through Stripe. 50% due at booking, and remaining 50% due 45 days before check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The deposit must be scheduled after booking, and will be placed as a hold on the credit card 2 days before arrival. The hold will be released no later than 5 business days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelling more than 60 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelling more than 30 days before check-in. No refunds within 30 days.

Travel insurance is offered during booking process.
