No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. A smoking fee will be charged for violations. Quiet Hours: Maintain a noise level conducive to a peaceful neighborhood between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any loud gatherings or disturbances may result in immediate eviction. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is set at 8. All guests must be on the reservation. We do not allow any visitors on our property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in eviction. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for approved pets. Animals are not allowed on furniture at any time. Damage and Missing Items: Report any damages or missing items immediately. Guests will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacements. Guests are kindly asked not to tamper with or shut off the Wi-Fi or home devices. However, they are more than welcome to utilize the devices provided within the home during their stay. Please don't hesitate to ask for help if any questions about devices. Security: Ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hot Tub and Fireplace: Follow provided instructions for the safe use of the hot tub and fireplace. Children must be supervised at all times. Any damage to these amenities will be the responsibility of the guest. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the provided bins. Excessive trash left inside the property may incur an additional cleaning fee of$50.00 Using outside grill: Clean the grill thoroughly using a grill brush or scraper to remove any food residue. Wipe down the grill surface with a damp paper towel or sponge to remove any remaining debris when cooled. Once the grill is clean and dry, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the grill surface to prevent rusting and maintain its quality. Store the grill in a dry and covered area when not in use to protect it from the elements. Hot Tub Rules During Your Stay: Maintain water level up to pillow height using the garden hose if needed. Always securely clip the cover in place after use. No food or drinks, except water, allowed inside the hot tub. Shower before entering to keep the water clean. Ensure feet are clean before entering. No oils and lotions can be used in the hot tub. Leave the hot tub in a clean condition after use. Please don't tamper with Hot tub settings. Please inform us if something is not working properly. Trash Pickup: We kindly request your assistance in bringing your trash and recycling bins to the end of the driveway on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning collection. Check-out Procedures: Follow check-out instructions provided, including but not limited to dishes washed, trash disposed of, All dirty used bedding linens and towels needs to be stripped and placed on Bathroom Floor. Hot Tub Guidelines for Checkout: Ensure water level is up to pillow height (hot tub won't work if it's too low). Remove debris from hot tub. Securely clip the cover in place. Thank you for your cooperation! Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee of $50. Parking: Park only in the Driveway. Be mindful of neighbors yard space and adhere to any local parking regulations. Towing may be enforced for unauthorized vehicles. Only 4 cars allowed. No parking on the grass. Guest Agreement: By booking, guests agree to abide by these house rules. Any violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Thank you for choosing our property.
