Come relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity the Gulf Coast has to offer! Just steps to the emerald colored waters and pristine white sugar sand, this is the perfect family friendly retreat!

This is a two story unit, featuring a downstairs master with a king bed and Hallway Bath. The first floor also includes a fully stocked kitchen including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, griddle, baking and cooking supplies, utensils, mixers and more. You'll have the space to seat 6-7 at the dining table and 3 more at the bar. A large sectional sofa with pull out ottoman, large coffee table for playing any of the multiple games provided, additional new leather seating, brand new washer/dryer combo, and a nice balcony with brand new sliding doors and beautiful views, to finish out the downstairs.

Upstairs provides a relaxing master bedroom, with a king size bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony. The 3rd bedroom upstairs includes two double beds and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms come with additional linens and pillows.

Each bedroom has a TV and the Living Room has a TV and a DVD player (so don't forget your movies). Enjoy free wifi as well!

You will have access to our personal beach chairs, toys, umbrella and wagon during your stay! You can walk around the complex lake or sit on either of the balconies and view all of the wildlife. There are a few coin operated fish food dispensers that will allow you to feed the fish and turtles - super fun for the kids!

The complex also offers an on-site grilling area with picnic tables, tennis courts (rackets and balls provided), shuffleboard, ping pong table inside the clubhouse, and a pool with ample amount of loungers, and outdoor showers/rinse stations! All of this within steps from our unit!

Walk directly across the street to multiple restaurants, shops, and entertainment, or make the couple minutes drive to the Signal Golf Course, WonderWorks, Ripley's, putt putt, and more!

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside complex. No pets allowed unless prior pet approval is provided. Please do not move furniture from the room in which you found it, nor move inside furniture outside and vice Vera.

Cancellation Policy

100% Refund will be provided 31 days or more before arrival. If canceled between 15 and 30 days from check in date, 50% Refund will be provided. No Refunds provided less than 14 days from check in.

Notes

No refunds will be provided due to natural disasters of any type including but not limiting to: hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes red tide, algae/seaweed blooms, etc unless a mandatory evacuation is required. We will work with you to reschedule your stay, based on availability.
