​We are in the Magnolia Village neighborhood of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!

A 6 seater golf cart is included with the rental

Our Condo is located just inside the entrance to the Bayside of the Resort backing up to the 12th green of the Links Golf Course. The private beach access is a short 10 minute golf cart ride away. Our condo is also conveniently located to the two Sandestin Owners Association Swim Pools (both are heated) as well as the award winning Village at Baytowne Wharf , resort golf courses, tennis, marina and miles of walking trails.

With three bedrooms and three full baths you will find our condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. Also available is a BBQ grill on the back patio. There is a cozy sunroom off the living room both of which are equipped with tvs with wifi and cable included.

Sleeping Arrangements: The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms both with queen beds that share another full bath. All bedrooms have tvs with cable. There is a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The third full bath is located on the first floor just inside the entrance convenient for rinsing off after returning from the beach or pool.

Just a half mile from our condo are upscale shops and restaurants and movie theatre at Grand Boulevard and an outlet mall about a mile away. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has something for everyone.
