Perfectly placed for exploring Lugano, this spacious property comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Situated on the 5th floor of an apartment building (with a lift), the property enjoys a balcony with magnificent views across the rooftops to the mountains beyond. The balcony is furnished with a small dining table and chairs providing the perfect place for a morning coffee or drinks at the end of the day.

The open-plan living space has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4. The separate, fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bright kitchen opens onto a Juliet balcony and the living area has access to a small balcony.

Bedroom 1: The comfortable master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a large fitted wardrobe and enjoys access to the balcony.

Location

Situated near the borders of Switzerland and Italy, between Lakes Maggiore and Como, Lugano has a rich cultural heritage. For art lovers, MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) is an 8-minute drive away and for literature fans, Montagnola, the home to the museum dedicated to Nobel Prize-winning author Hermann Hesse is a 12-minute drive away.

A day trip on the Lake, sailing between Switzerland and Italy is a must, as is an aperitivo in the city’s main square and historic centre, Piazza della Riforma (a 20-minute walk).

Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail ending in the picturesque village of Gandria are approximately a 10-minute drive away and the lakeside, with its famous promenade and Parco Ciani (considered one of the most beautiful parks in Switzerland), are both a 20-minute walk from the property.
Swissminiatur, Switzerlands largest open-air miniature museum is approximately a 15-minute drive.
