House Rules NO SMOKING, $500 Fine and cancellation of booking. NO PETS, $500 Fine and cancellation of book. NO PARTIES, $1000 fine & CANCELLATION OF BOOKING. Lease signing upon arrival Security Deposit hold of $500 No damaging of the property, no fighting, no loud music or guest. If booking within the weekend, take the trash out Monday night, for pick up Tuesday morning. Bring the trash containers back to the garage. DO NOT disconnect anything plugged into the electrical outlets. NO SHOES throughout the house, shoes go in the shoe tray at side door. NO extra guest, any additional guest $50 per guest, if allowed. No more than 6 guest in property. Clean dishes, put up. Storage room in basement is locked, gaining access and or removing lock cancelation of booking with NO REFUND. Room is for owners and cleaning staff ONLY!!! Turn all lights off when leaving the property. Clean dishes and put away No eating or drinking throughout the property. DO NOT leave any doors or windows open upon exiting the home. Due to our severe weather in the winter months, there are pest we cannot control but do take preventative measures to avoid, etc mice. Property is on a routine pest control treatment.
