This place is great for the whole family to chill out together - kids, pets, and folks with disabilities are all welcome. It's easy to get to from I-20 and I-35, so you can hit the road for your next adventure. We've got all the stuff families need, like a big full kitchen, AC/heat, free WiFi, private parking, and a washer/dryer right in the house. Kids love our game room, 6 streaming TVs, and running around in the big open field. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 spots for your laptop.
The bonus family game room has AC just like the other rooms in the house. You can play air hockey, pool, or ping pong on the 3-in-1 game table. Everyone can have fun with darts - adults use steel tips, while kids use a dartboard at heights they can reach with magnetic darts. Keep scores together with a digital scoreboard keeps track of 40 games for up to 8 players. Kids can stack giant Jenga blocks or use them to build castles. If you prefer exercise as playtime, you can use our high climbing treadmill with two fans while watching shows on the big 49-inch TV.

Our big open kitchen boasts a double oven, a see-through fridge, and a stovetop with outdoor venting. Cooks love it! You'll find lots of seating options, including indoor and outdoor spots for six people, four bar stools for quick meals, a folding high chair, and a couch near a pop-up coffee table. My kids loved sitting on the table at the pop-up (which gives them the right height to play board games too). The bedrooms have cordless room-darkening blinds and built in device charging outlets. The house has many features to make big family living easier and more comfortable.

You can pull up right up to the kitchen door from the alley's private gate. This makes it a breeze to unload groceries. If you prefer, you can park in front by the street light which is nearer the bedrooms. The porch swing is perfect for relaxing, or have an outdoor meal with seating for 6. Steel mesh security screens on both doors let you catch a breeze anytime.

The place has some handy features. There are no stairs anywhere. Front and back doors have curved thresholds. Hallways are wide. The flooring is one-piece laminate without transitions. Bathrooms have handheld showers and strong towel bars that double as grab bars. These things make the property more accessible.
