Discover modern comfort in this apartment featuring two cozy bedrooms with linens provided, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove). After a day of sightseeing, relax in the spa bath and sauna. A family bed is also available for guests.

The studio includes a comfortable double bed, a cooktop, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Please note that the head of the sofa bed is slightly elevated, which is healthier—nothing to worry about :)

A secure key box will be available for independent access to the apartment. The code will be provided to you before your arrival. - Smoking is only allowed in the garden outside (not near the window), and absolutely not inside or near the window (fine: €300).
- Check Parkopedia if you need a parking spot or Nannybag if you need luggage storage after your reservation.
- You can drop off your belongings at the apartment starting at 11:15 AM before check-in.
- You can bring a pet, but it must be added as a guest before booking.
- There is a travel cot available for children up to 3 years old.
- For same-day arrivals (booked on the day of arrival) or the day before, the apartment can be cleaned at 7:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM.
- Mid-stay cleaning or other services are available upon request after booking.
