Welcome to this fantastic, tastefully furnished single house Whatever you come Calgary for business or vacation. D@Home is a good place to stay in. This inner city home located one street across the Glenmore Landing(Glenmore Reservoir) and minutes driving to Downtown, Rocky view Hospital, Stampede; C-Train Station, restaurants, coffee shops, and other attractions and easy access to Banff and the mountains D@Home Is Ready For Guests and Wed Love To Host You!
+ Self check in out available (keypad lock)
+ Home is fully furnished and decorated complete with an open living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms and a double sofa bed.
+ Washer and dryer are on main floor and laundry supplies are included
+ Private RV parking on back yard and free both sides street parking(Garage is NOT included)
+ Free WiFi and Smart TV are offered throughout the property, you can feel free to access your own NETFLIX, YouTube
The suite has everything you will need during your stay except for your food and tooth brush
Guests have access to whole house by your own private keypad(code will send on the date of check in before 11:00 AM). During your stay, guests have access to the backyard area, the whole suite is yours with everything you need during your stay. street Parking and RV Parking on premise are free for guests.(Garage is NOT included)
Other things to know:
~ We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside.
~Supplies provided are limited. For stays longer than 14 days where supplies may run out, you will need to replenish the supplies for your stay.
~ No party/No Smoking /No drug/No marijuana/No pets allowed in this property!!!
~please close the front and back door whenever you step into the house to keep the house insulated from animals, heat, cold, ,,,,
~We want to be respectful of everyones sleeping schedule. We ask to be considerate of noise between 10:00 PM-7 AM. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 PM. to 9 AM. on Sundays and holidays, If you check in after 10:00 PM, please DONT slam your car doors (close your car door carefully and quietly :-),
we have contractor removing snow for driveway , path to the front door , and city sidewalk ,During continuous snowfalls. Our contractors priority shifts to public safety and city bylaws. they make sure public
walkways are clear ,One visit per 24 hours during continuous snowfalls. Driveways are cleared as needed until the snow event is completed.
we can NOT guarantee our property is the first visit to clear the snow and can NOT guarantee every piece of ice is cleared by contractor, but we provide shovel (or ice melt) for you as needed,
please watch your steps and be careful to get in and out the place, WINTER is coming!
