Escape to our modern loft that offers a unique and luxurious urban experience. Our accommodation is located in a quiet yet central area, just 15 minutes from the vibrant center of Coyoacán and 15 minutes by transportation from the bustling city center.

Step into our thoughtfully designed loft on the fourth level, equipped with a comfortable memory foam queen-sized bed, kitchenette, Smart TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a private bathroom. We have thought of every detail to ensure that you feel right at home during your stay.

Enjoy convenient access to our main lobby, parking lot, and the fourth floor where the room is located, all accessible by elevator. Keep up with your workout routine at our gym located on the seventh floor, or take in the stunning views from our rooftop garden accessed via stairs.

Our friendly receptionist is available from 7am to 11pm, and we have 24-hour security personnel for your peace of mind. Additionally, we are always just a phone call or message away to assist you with any needs during your stay.

Conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Eje Central metro station and 1 block from the city trolley bus, getting around the city is a breeze. Enjoy easy access to the main avenue and feel free to use our parking facilities or bring along your bicycle. Our neighborhood is known for its safe and walkable streets.

Please note that our rooms are only for two occupants, and we kindly ask that you provide the names of all guests during the booking process. As we want to ensure the utmost comfort and safety for our guests, we do not accept bookings for minors under 15 years old under any circumstances.

We warmly welcome you to Mr. Herold Homes. We appreciate your choice as your favorite accommodation, hoping you have the best experience with us. In the event of any requirement or comment, do not hesitate to contact us through the app and/or let us know, since we are at your service.

Important points you should know:

• Our check-in begins at 3:00 pm, as well as our check-out at 11:00 am. If you want to make the Late check out it is necessary to notify at least 3 hours before, making a charge of $450 (mxn). (This as long as we have availability)

• If you get cold, you can find a blanket stored in the closet.
• For cooking, you will be able to find the necessary basic accessories, all available in the kitchenette.
• In case you have excess garbage, please place it in the container located in the corner of the Roof Garden. (bags tightly closed please)

• It is forbidden to wander and be in areas of the building, only access to the main Lobby, 7th floor and Roof Garden (it is a common area) is allowed.

• The terrace located on the 8th floor (Roof Garden) is shared with the other guests; the hours of use are from 10 am to 8 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events.

• The established quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (We request to be prudent with the volume of the TV, since most of the guests come to rest or work)

• The consumption of illegal substances in the Loft is prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the Loft or the building.

• Visiting is not allowed.

• It is prohibited to hold parties or gatherings inside the accommodation.

• Access is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

• Cleaning is included once a week for long stays (2 weeks minimum), let us know through the app which day suits you best.
