platform. To ensure a timely response, you are required to include clear and detailed photographs of the
problem. Requests submitted without photos will not be prioritized, and this may lead to delays in
addressing the issue. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any repairs or damages reported
without the necessary photographic evidence. Failure to provide these photos could result in your
request being dismissed or delayed.
Additionally, guests are responsible for all damages within the unit. If you notice anything out of place
upon your arrival, please inform the host immediately. Failure to do so may result in you being held
accountable for any damages discovered later.
In the event that we need to collect payment for damages or lost revenue due to your stay, an additional
20% management fee will be added for time and energy spent to rectify the issues.
