Beach House Villas has daily (weekday) groundskeepers on site.

*Internet/cable are sometimes intermittent as we are on an island. If it goes down...Most of the time it comes back on within an hour or so. Apple tv/Netflix and other app access use requires your account and password.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification for all guests over 18 years of age, short term agreement and pool waiver with e-signature. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have a fully executed agreement with all guest information.

2) Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**

3) Outdoor security cameras are present on the exterior of the home. Security cameras may not be covered or tampered with.

4) 8 Adults Max - No pets - No unregistered guests

5) Events hosted, or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge and written authorization will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. ALL EVENTS/FILMING/SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS REQUIRE APPROVAL (if youre not sure, please ask) ANY ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS/FEES WILL BE DISCUSSED BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL REQUEST.
