Welcome to St. Clair, MI! When you stay at this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home, you will be close to all the best that St. Clair has to offer. This newly remodeled, centrally-located duplex provides a clean and updated atmosphere. You'll love being 2 blocks from the beautiful Pine Shores Golf course. Rent kayaks at the marina for a peaceful paddle up the scenic Pine River. It's just a a short walk downtown to enjoy all the best our town has to offer with many great restaurants and shopping.
This home has two bedrooms, both with queen beds. A pull out sofa in the living room allows for an extra sleeping space. The complete kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator. The dining room offers a 4 place dining table.

- No unregistered guests
- If you wear self-tanner, please bring your owns linens as any stained linens will incur extra cost ($105 per damaged bedding set).
- Please be sure to have all dishes clean upon checkout.
- Be respectful of all neighbors and quiet times between 10pm and 7am as we are in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required at check-in

*Note*
Both bedrooms and main bath are on second floor of home and require climbing stairs.
There are also 3-4 stairs to enter into the main level of the home at both entrances.

Payment Policy

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed for the full amount. Any refunds due to cancellation will be made according to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

If guests cancel between 10 and 30 days before check-in, guest will be charge 50% for all nights.

If guest cancels less than 10 days before check-in, guest will be charged 100% for all nights and will not receive any refund.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
