STANDARD HOUSE RULES

*Minimum age to rent/book this property: 35 years old

*Government issued photo I.D.'s for each overnight guest, above age 17, are required prior to check-in. Government-issued photo identification must match credit card, debit card. In addition, government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

*Unauthorized guests / visitors , including impromptu visitors and other locals are prohibited from entering the property; in such case, reservation will be canceled and all guests will be required to vacate the premises.*

*Guests maybe required to complete successful background check or screening

* Refundable Security deposit of $500 is required for stays of 1 to 7 nights at for incidental charges and/or damages.

* Events Fee payment is required for special events that take place at the property and are approved by the host in writing

*Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, a deadbolt Smart lock, and exterior perimeter security video cameras*

*Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Marijuana and other types of street drugs are not allowed on the premises*

**Candles and other flammables are prohibited, with the exception of the charcoal grill**

**Charcoal grill is available for guest use outside only**

***Parties, gatherings, meetings and events are strictly prohibited at the property without prior written consent & guidance from the host. Special Occasion/Event Fee applies for host-approved events.***

****Pets of any kind are prohibited without prior written pre-approval from the host. Pet Fee applies, see host****

*****This property does not rent to locals with the exception of temporary housing requests due to disaster, Insurance Claim or Corporate Relocation*****

******Due to severe allergies, please no perfumes, colognes, or heavily fragrant toiletries allowed inside the property.******

*** Avoid hot pots, hot plates, knives, or colored liquids on the quartz countertops in the kitchen & baths.***

***Guests may utilize the designated full-size GE refrigerator (black).***

***Complimentary coffee and beverages are available in the beverage center and mini-fridges.***

*** Unplugging or disengaging the WiFi Router or security panel system in any way is prohibited.***

***Adjusting house infrastructure is prohibited (ie.. plumbing, gas valves, electrical, electric breakers, pool mechanical equipment, etc..)***

***Pool company will be onsite to clean the pool typically every Thursday (just a heads up).***

*** Must reach out to the host with any issues or questions immediately so that the host can fix, help, or rectify during your stay itself.***No smoking
