A modern apartment, in a quiet but central location, with stunning views of the mountains and forests.

On the third floor (with a lift), this bright apartment sleeps 4 people. With wooden floors throughout, the décor is contemporary and sleek. The living room has a comfortable sofa, chest of drawers and a flatscreen TV. The wooden dining table, by the large windows, has 4 chairs. The separate kitchen, with a hatch into the living area, is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom leads directly off the living area. It has a comfortable double bed, a workstation and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into another double bed.

Location
The apartment is in a green, quiet location in the centre of south Chamonix. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. L’Aiguille du Midi cable car is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking within easy reach of the apartment, plus white-water rafting, golf, and rock climbing at Les Gaillands Rock Climbing centre (23 minutes walk), paragliding and horse riding. Children and adults alike will enjoy the forest zip-lining at Parc Aventure Accro (23 minute walk).

In the winter Chamonix is home to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Alps. The higher slopes can offer skiing right into May. The resort has a lively après-ski scene with good bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets.

Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Chamonix, Les Houches, and Argentière.
