Located just a short walk from ski lifts, resort amenities, as well as the famed Aiguille du Midi, this first-floor holiday rental for 2 promises a comfy and convenient year-round vacation base for friends and families. The inviting first-floor studio has a private balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful alpine view and relax after a day of exploring. Inside, it features a well-equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, flat-screen TV and a dining set-up. A coffee machine, induction hob, oven, fridge and toaster are available to facilitate a carefree self-catering stay.
Lift access, free Wi-Fi and ski storage are also available for your convenience.

Although a car is not necessary for you to enjoy everything in Chamonix from here, the public parking of the residence is at guests’ disposal. Please note that the parking is narrow, with a height of 1.80 metres and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just next door L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by.
Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities like paragliding and parasailing (within a 20-minute walk). It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam which is open all year round. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, rock climbing and mountaineering, paragliding, a large outdoor pool and tennis. For even more excitement head to the Chamonix Amusement Park - Domaine des Planards (5-minute drive) where you can have water rides, tobogganing and more. If you are looking for something more relaxing then the QC Terme Spa (8-minute drive) might be a better option.
Chamonix is home to many fine restaurants and bars which will suit all budgets and ages. You will find a wide range of these right on your doorstep. Geneva airport is a 70-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-L’Aiguille du Midi station is just a 5-minute walk away. The Mont Blanc Express offers free rail services throughout the Chamonix valley.
