Perfectly placed for reaching the Aiguille du Midi cable car and resort amenities of town, this well-equipped balcony retreat provides a wonderful holiday base for couples.
The 2nd floor apartment is easily reached by lift, and inside provides a modernised layout for 2. The scenic Studio comprises of an open plan living space with double sofa bed and flat screen TV, alongside a well-equipped kitchen diner for 4. The private balcony enjoys plenty of sun and boasts beautiful Mont Blanc views. A hi-tech, contemporary fitted shower room and washing machine are also on hand, for added convenience whilst away.
The 5-storey residence also offers a free underground parking space (No access for motorcycles), for guests’ use. The building is situated in the centre of Chamonix Sud, placing guests within easy walking distance from our local office, a host of restaurants, amenities, the local bus stop, train station and Aiguille du Midi cable car.

The apartment residence is situated along ‘Place Edmond Desailloud’, in a convenient central location which places guests within a 5 minutes’ walk of a local supermarket, selection of restaurants and outdoor sport shops, the Amnesia nightclub and the ‘Chamonix Aiguille du Midi’ train station and cable car. The amenities of central Chamonix can easily be reached on foot too, whilst Geneva airport is 66 minutes’ drive away.
In the winter season, Chamonix offers the perfect setting for skiing and snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs. In the warmer months, Chamonix and the surrounding area offers a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, adventure parks, paragliding, luxury spa days, water sports and golf.
