More information by the provider: The roomy, cosy and child-friendly Chalet Mannert is located in the middle of the skiing area with direct connection to the ski slopes and spacious grounds. The Arvenbüel skiing area is located above the village of Amden high above Lake Walen. In summer, it is a convenient starting point for a wide variety of hikes and excursions in the region, into the Glarus region, the Heidiland, to Zurich and around Lake Zurich. The chalet offers a perfect panoramic view of the Alps and towards Lake Walen. It is about 800 metres from the chalet to the Arvenbüel local centre with its various restaurants, ski school, ice field and cross-country ski track. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 250 metres. The chalet is situated in a very idyllic setting at the end of a residential street and offers three free parking spaces.
Attention: Please note that the access to the chalet is via a stone staircase without handrail. Tram Rehalp 49.5 km, bus stop Obern 0.2 km, railway station Mühlehorn 3.5 km, ferry Betlis 2.3 km.

The holiday home is partitioned into two bedrooms and a gallery above the living area which can also be used as a sleeping area. The gallery with two sleeping places is particularly well suited for the little ones. There are two bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower stall and there is a wash basin and a WC in both bathroom units. In addition, the chalet has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, coffee machine (Nespresso), refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. A washing machine is available as well. The living room of this homely house has a fireplace for cosy hours on the impressive leather sofa. Satellite TV is available as well. The spacious dining nook is somewhat detached from the living area. Pets are welcome. Internet (Wifi) is available free of charge.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
