Payment Policy

To reserve, the booking amount must be paid upfront. The deposit will be collected in person upon arrival, either in cash or through a bank transfer.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The deposit is charged only for potential damages to the property or its furniture. Special care must be taken with the kitchen and bathroom countertops; any spills must be cleaned immediately, and hot objects should not be placed on them. The deposit will be refunded once the property has been thoroughly inspected. If any accidents occur, they must be reported immediately.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled three weeks before the reservation, a full refund will be issued. If canceled two weeks before, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made one week before the reservation.
