Discover a unique experience in this quiet refuge! This charming 80 m2 accommodation, all on the ground floor, offers comfort and functionality in every corner:

- A large covered porch welcomes you at the main entrance.
- The bright living room has a dining area, fireplace, sofa bed and TV to relax.
- A large kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, which is perfectly equipped.
- The bathroom has a large shower tray protected by a screen, sink, bidet and toilet.
- 2 rooms with 1.50 m double beds, feather pillows and an exterior window that provide a restful rest.
- A room with a 0.90 m single bed with access to the backyard through a window. It also has a work desk.
- The backyard offers a cozy atmosphere with rustic tiles, a lemon tree, charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture. One part is covered with shade cloth.
- Additionally, a pantry room adjacent to the patio provides extra space and convenience.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
ONLINE CHECK-IN This is a mandatory legal requirement (Royal Decree 933/2021) prior to guests' arrival at the accommodation. Once the reservation is confirmed and before the day of arrival, you will receive an email to complete the check-in required by current legislation to register travelers. Remember that even if you are the owner of the reservation, you must check-in for all guests. You can also share the link with the rest of the members of the reservation so that they can complete it themselves. Once check-in has been completed, the code and link to access the home will be sent. KEY DELIVERY IN A LOCKBOX NEXT TO THE MAIN DOOR Once you have checked in, you will be able to receive the unique code to open the safe with keys that give access to the house. Entry to the house is through the front covered patio of the house. On the side of the porch there is a black gate, which can be opened manually. Once on the patio, next to the entrance door is the lockbox with the keys. To open it you must enter the code provided. You will find 3 keys, one for the main door, another for the room/pantry located in the backyard and a third for the main gate that gives access to the backyard from the outside. At the end of your stay, close all the doors and leave the set of keys inside the lockbox (it can be opened with the code given at the beginning of the reservation).
