This 2-storey, traditional townhouse, which sleeps 4 people, is less than 5 minutes walk from Letojanni’s beach. The house opens directly onto the street, which runs parallel to the railway line. In a quiet area but in the heart of this popular and lively resort, the house makes a delightful base for a relaxed holiday.

The front door opens directly into the living area, with tiled floors and a wooden-panelled wall. The room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining table and chairs next to the open-plan kitchen which is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine. Attractive wooden stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

Outside the front door is a table and chairs where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or aperitivo, whilst watching the world go by.

Bedroom 1: The charming, wood-panelled master bedroom, has a double bed with wardrobe storage space, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second, mezzanine bedroom, above the master bedroom, has a double bed.

En suite to the master bedroom, this modern bathroom has a glass shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

Location
On Sicily’s popular east coast, just 10 minutes north of the glamorous resort of Taormina, Letojanni has much to offer. It enjoys a mild climate all year round.

The beach stretches all the way to Taormina and there is a long promenade which is an ideal place to people watch, particularly during the early evening “passeggiata”, or stroll. Letojanni’s squares and streets are full of excellent restaurants and cafés, where visitors can try delicious Sicilian cuisine and fresh seafood.

If you can tear yourself away from the sparkling Ionian Sea, then Mount Etna National Park is just 1 hour away and makes an exciting day trip. For movie enthusiasts, scenes from the film The Godfather, were shot in the towns of Forza d’Agro (15 minutes) and Savoca (25 minutes).

Catania’s international airport is a 1 hour drive from the villa.
