The semi-detached holiday house is located just a short walk from the well-served town of Camaiore and easily accommodates up to 8 guests. The 3-bedroom house offers a lovely natural lawn equipped to spend leisurely moments and unwind with desirable amenities like open-air dining, parasol lounging and a traditional brick perfect for barbecued delicacies.

Inside, the charming rental is divided into three levels, with the ground floor dedicated to a fully-furnished living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed and the upper levels consisting of inviting bedrooms and family bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining and all essential kitchen appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee machine are available to whip up effortless homemade meals.

Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and parking are available on-site for added convenience.

Extra charges

If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption at €1.20/mc.
A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 also needs to be paid in cash upon arrival and at the time of check-in.

Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.

Tourist tax to be paid on site: €1,5/ person/ day, up to 7 days. Guests up to 14 years are exempt.

Location

The holiday house is located on the edges of the lovely town of Camaiore. From here, the Camaiore centre is just 10-minutes on foot and provides all essential amenities for a carefree stay. The coast is also within easy driving distance: from the house’s hillside location, guests can reach famous resorts like Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio, as well as Lido di Camaiore in under 30-minutes drive from here.

For some historic exploration, the stunning city of Lucca is also close by and can be reached within a 40-minute drive. Meanwhile, the famous Tuscan city of Florence with its Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo and other historic treasures is a 1.5 hours car journey from the vacation rental. The nearest international airport is in Pisa, located about a 40-minute drive from this detached holiday house in Camaiore. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 400EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21. Gas charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 1.20 per m3
