Location

From the apartment’s seashore location in Riposto, the lapping waters of the Ionian Sea are just a few steps away. The town centre, with the Piazza San Pietro and a number of shops and restaurants, as well as the magnificent ancient ruins of the Torre Archirafe, are a 10-minute drive from here. In summer, the town of Riposto also holds a number of festivals to enjoy like Sagra delle Botti and the Fish Festival.

The holiday rental is an ideal base for those who want to explore eastern Sicily. Excursions to the famous volcano, Mount Etna, where you can enjoy skiing and hiking trails, are under an hour’s drive from here, meanwhile, the massive Ancient Theatre of Taormina is a 40-minute drive away. Other than that, Palermo is about a 3.5-hour drive away, and the lovely city of Catania is just a 35-minute drive from here. Catania Airport is the nearest international airport, approximately a 45-minute drive from the holiday rental in Riposto.
