No pets allowed. Our property is strictly an animal -free zone due to severe allergies persisting in our family. Please place footwear in trays provided . Please treat our belongings appropriately. Guests must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please do not place luggage on bedding. Please use luggage racks provided Please only flush toilet paper. no paper towels, feminine products or wipes. No smoking in Cabin. please dispose of cigarette or cigar butts. Please do not rearrange furniture.. No illegal substances allowed in or on premise. No unregistered guests allowed. The number of guests entered at booking are the registered guests. If extra people check in, they are considered unregistered guests and will be asked to leave premises. Please place all dirty towels in laundry baskets in primary bedroom (bedroom 1) closet. Please do not use bathroom towels for swimming. boating or outdoor use. We do not provide swim towels. If fishing, we can not accommodate fish cleaning or disposal of fish or storing of fish in our refrigerator or freezer. please store cleaned fish in your coolers. We do not have a garbage disposal. If you do plan on cooking please know pots and pans are limited. Please dispose of any food or waste in the trash. Avoid cooking with Oil or Fat. Please do not put any fat drippings down the drain. Absolutely no parties or events. The guest that booked the reservation must be the guest to check in with door code provided in check-in instructions. If parties are arriving separately, they will have to check-in after guest. Please be aware home is under surveilance. Security camera located next to front door facing entryway and driveway. Please note at booking I will ask about persons in your party if more than yourself is staying. We will just ask relation to yourself, whether friends or family and ages of parties staying.
