This is a two bed and two bath apartment. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an attached bathroom. This apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and offers a dining and living area with a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV. A foldable cot or an air mattress can be provided for additional guests.

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and gym that are available for guests use. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm, with Monday reserved for deep cleaning and subject to change due to weather or necessary maintenance. The cinema and game room are open only during business hours from Monday to Friday, except holidays. We are not responsible for any planned or unplanned closures of amenities, including the pool, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay.

The check-in process is contactless and you can check-in yourself using your phone. Although we dont have onsite support staff available at all times, we are just a touch of a button away from you in case you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

Youll find yourself in a lively urban setting in the heart of Downtown Dallas, where noise and transient traffic are common. This vibrant neighborhood features a diverse community, and its not unusual to encounter various social groups, including those experiencing homelessness.

Due to the buildings age and location in the center of the city, you can expect to hear typical city center noises. If you are sensitive to aromas, this historical building may not be an ideal place for you.

Due to the excessive heat in Dallas, you might come across a june bug or a roach. We have regular pest controls in our apartments, however, if you come across any then you can contact the Host and they will send a person for disinfection.

Damage Protection: Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With our damage protection program, damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, smoking inside the unit, intentional violations of house rules, mechanical breakdowns, infestation, or prior damage. This applies to all reservations made on or after 10/15/2021.

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and a gym that are available for guests use. Please note that the cinema and game room are only open during business hours Monday through Friday. The pool is open every day except Monday.

There’s no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
