This cozy one bedroom, one bath and recently restored studio is located at the start of the Three Twisted Sisters scenic Hill Country route. The building is part of our family owned Homestead / former small farm with a field and chicken coop. The Bunker Haus has a romantic iron queen bed with deluxe mattress. Guarantees that you sleep comfortably and leave early to adventure out on these inspirational hills. Apple Orchard, Vineyards, Wineries, Lost Maples S.N.A, Garner State Park and the town of Fredericksburg are not that far away.

If you decide to not venture too far, the town of Medina has its hidden gems and worthwhile places of interest. You can walk to the Core Coffee house, The Apple Store & Bakery, Keeses BBQ, Old Timer convenience store or Rocking R Chuckwagon a few blocks down.

The studio has its kitchenette furnished with a deep sink, mini fridge, microwave oven, crock pot, electric tea kettle, French Press Coffee maker, drip coffee maker, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups and wine opener.

The bathroom has a custom made counter with dual sinks, tall toilet, shower stall and hair dryer. Accessible through a custom barn hardware door.

The accommodations for the studio offer a comfortable red leather recliner, side lamp, custom repurposed armoire, luggage stand, wall mounted 32 monitor with ROKU direct streaming.

The patio backyard has been set up for private afternoon or evening Entertainment with freestanding BBQ Grill, picnic table and romantic Edison string lamps.
