Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful, snowbird-friendly townhouse boasts a fantastic and convenient location near restaurants, convenience stores, the beach, and great local attractions that include M.B. Miller County Pier, Ripleys Believe It Or Not!, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, Todd Herendeen Theatre, Capt. Andersons Marina, Sea Screamer, Rockit Lanes, and WonderWorks Panama City Beach.

As you enter this bright, two-story retreat, you will discover a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Enjoy a welcoming living room, featuring a comfy sofa where you can spread out comfortably and watch shows and movies on the smart TV after spending the day in the community outdoor pool. Board games are also provided if you are more of a competitive person. When mealtime comes, surprise the group with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cute coffee station to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

Thank you for choosing Breezy Vibes for your vacation destination. We are happy to host you. We ask that you are mindful of a few things while staying, as we want to do our best to keep our property in great shape as well as keeping a good relationship with our neighbors and community. NO PARTIES... Absolutely no parties are to be held on the property. Breezy Vibes is a strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING property, a fine of $500 will be charged to anyone who smokes/vapes on the premises. QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm-7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors always & especially during quiet hours. No loud music, or outside noise during these hours. We are a townhome and share a wall with a neighbor and ask that you keep inside noise to a minimum as well during quiet hours. If you break something... PLEASE just let us know. We understand accidents happen and would much rather be notified by you, of a broken or damaged item in the home, then find out after check out. This allows us time to replace or repair the item. Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
