Every detail has been carefully and meticulously arranged to be sure you have what you need for a perfect Colorado experience. The home reflects years of experience facilitating guest visits.

The open floor plan has a wide plank hardwood floor and features a large KITCHEN equipped with high end Bosch stainless steel appliances, solid quartz counter tops, natural stone tile backsplash and stainless steel apron sink. The cabinets are packed with matching dinnerware, silverware, glasses and cookware.
The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the scenery. The 2 easy chairs flank the salt and pepper shaker chess set or give you a perfect spot to take in the lake views with your morning coffee. Even in the kitchen youll always be a part of the party!

The DINING AREA has a rustic exotic wood harvest table with 8 leather chairs plus 4 metal counter stools if you want to keep the cook(s) company.

A couple French doors provides access to the covered BACK PATIO with a Vermont Castings natural gas grill and the burgeoning large rock garden. There is second open flame gas log fireplace with floor to ceiling rock surround with Sunbrella patio sofa and chair. The ten privacy evergreen trees were planted in July and the expanded patio and PRIVATE HOT TUB before snow flies in 2020.
GREAT ROOM >>>>>>
The GREAT ROOM allows for a large open area perfect for congregating with friends and/or family. The floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace has a 65 HDTV Smart TV with Dish Network HD programming,. A granite table has been specifically set up for 1 of many available possible puzzle projects. The 52 round swivel chair is the perfect spot to cuddle up with a book. I personally think it takes advantage of all the best views in the house. The large sectional and leather barrel chairs provide enough seating for 10 or more to enjoy the A/V entertainment, picturesque views or the company you brought with you!

This two-level floor plan enables the residents ample privacy with each of the 3 of the 4 bedrooms with its own ensuite BATHROOM. The fourth bedroom has the bathroom just outside the door. The bathrooms all have unique tile, solid surface counter top, private privy rooms, showers with bench seating, frameless shower doors and dual sinks.

The main floor bedroom has 2-11 wide windows with electric solar shades and room-darkening drapes overlooking that burgeoning rock garden and a sliding glass door with access to the backyard patio and hot tub. The comfy hybrid king sized bed provides a serene sleep. The subtle western accents and transitional style blend clean lines with rustic Kiilm pillows.

A large 2ND ENSUITE/BEDROOM is down the hall and has a modern leather sofa aimed straight at the 11 window with solar shade and room darkening drapes with the Lower Blue Valley views including Lake Everist and the future Summit Sky Ranch Lake House. The thick queen bed is tucked away in a high-end custom Murphy Bed frame with every bell and whistle. It can easily convert from one function to another for sleeping or relaxing.

The hall has a large POWDER ROOM. The large windows overlooking the back yard or stairwell downstairs with gorgeous mountain views. The ENTRY has a front porch with a couple Adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Everist.

The new ASPEN HOUSE Community Center nestled in a beautiful grove of aspen trees offers a year-round activities director plus pool and hot tubs, fitness room, wellness (yoga/pilates) studio with self-taught or instructor led classes, library, fire pits, business center, kid's room, ping-pong and a gorgeous gathering spot with IPA on tap!

Over that period of time we have determined the best vacation scenario including the optimum location and accoutrements so you too can take advantage of everything Summit County offers!
After 25 years on Lake Dillon our family decided to upgrade our home and neighborhood to the brand new exclusive Summit Sky Ranch community. We are very excited to be able to share this with visitors to the area. Summit Sky Ranch embodies all of the reasons why Colorado is so popular.

Due to the volatile nature of the resort rental business, we must process reservation cancellation requests as such:
- Reservations may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of booking.
- Guests who cancel 60 days prior to arrival by 11:59 pm (MST) will get back 100% of the amount paid but are subject to a $250 processing fee.
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival by 11:59 pm (MST) will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Minor reservation date changes will be accommodated on an availability basis with no penalty.
- There will be no refunds for reservations that include a National Holiday.
- There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions including storms, road conditions or airport delays and/or closures.
