No Parties, events or loud gatherings. This includes loud music, yelling, screaming and fireworks or any other loud disturbances originating on the property including the courtyard. We love our neighbors! Quite time is between 10 PM and 7 AM.

No smoking or vaping allowing in the house. We do have a designated smoking area outside in the courtyard.

No Parking

Included are two driveway parking spaces on the side by the garage. A sidewalk will lead you to the front door. NOTE: The garage is not accessible to vehicles. There is additional free street parking on Dally’on Ave and on Minorca Ave.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check-in Instructions: Guests will receive a unique front door code on the morning of your check-in date that will be activated to access the property at 4PM.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Primary guest must be 25 years old or older and stay on property at all time during the length of the reservation.

Maximum occupancy: 8

Maximum of 7 adults and 1 child. One bedroom has a twin over a full size bunkbed ( Pirates Hideaway bedroom)There is an exception if there is an infant which could be in the primary bedroom (Captains Quarter's) NOTE: We do provide a portable combination playpen/bassinet/changing station if needed.

House Rules

1. PLEASE KEEP THE DINING ROOM FRENCH DOORS TO THE COURTYARD CLOSED AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING. This will prevent flying insects and humidity from entering the house. Thank You for your cooperation.

2. Parties and/or events are strictly prohibited.

3. Please be courteous to our neighbors. Loud gatherings are not allowed on the property including in the courtyard. This includes playing loud music, setting off fireworks, yelling and screaming etc. We love our neighbors! QUITE TIME STARTS AT 10 P.M.

4. No USPS (United States Postal Service) mail delivery allowed to this property in the name of any guest(s).

5. No operating of a business of any kind is allowed on this property.

6. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. There is a designated smoking area in the courtyard.

7. No unauthorized overnight guests.

8. Bonfires, burning of wood/logs or other materials that creates any open flames is strictly prohibited on the property.

Payment Policy

Minimum 50% upon making reservation and 100% due no later than 30 days before check-in.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Guest receive a full refund if cancel 30 days before check-in date.
