The 3-storey apartment residence is situated along ‘Via Cateratte’ in Cinquale, Montignoso. Guests are placed just 15 minutes’ walk away from the popular ‘Versilia sea park’ and lido beaches.

The nearby resort town of Forte dei Marmi is within easy reach for day trips (8 minutes’ drive away), as are Pisa and Lucca (42-44 minutes’ drive away). For those in search of the ultimate sightseeing day, Florence and Siena are only 1.5- 2 hours’ drive away. Pisa airport is also within easy reach by car (36 minutes’ drive away).
