Pool / Hot Tub disclaimer: In the event of maintenance or changing HOA procedures, host does not guarantee pool / hot tub use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

HVAC Disclaimer: The Honeywell thermostat temperature control is locked with a range of 68 (low temp for AC) - 78 (high temp for heat). When the AC is running, please keep all doors and windows closed to keep HVAC unit from freezing up.

We strongly suggest guest(s) obtain travel insurance to cover applicable delays, cancellations due to sickness or death, and/or inclement weather, such as hurricane season.
