My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people and how close it is to the sugar beaches in Gulf Shores. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We have a large Smart TV in the family room, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen.

Nice condo in a low-rise condo right on the Beach. We have a balcony that you can have your coffee. There are views from the balcony. This is an end unit so you will not have others walking by. The complex has been recently remodeled with new windows, doors, paint and parking lot. We have updated the unit, fresh paint, new dishes and pots and pans, new dishwasher, refrigerator and have installed a new clothes dryer. We take pride in our home and hope you have a relaxing and fun vacation. The condo is 750 square feet.

You will head West on West Beach Blvd from The Hangout for .9 mile. You will enter a low rise complex on the left across the street from the Pier 33, a store that sells beach supplies, food and drinks and then pull into your 2 covered and assigned parking spots. You will go up the stairs and turn towards the end unit. You will notice off the front private balcony you have the view of the gorgeous pool next door and you are able to hear the water feature from the balcony. As you enter the unit with your passcode, you will enter into an updated kitchen that is open to the living space in which you can continue through the sliding glass door to your balcony that provides amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. On the balcony you will be able to have coffee or a glass of your favorite beverage and watch the waves roll in. This unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom that is situated between the bedrooms. The first, master bedroom, has a door to the balcony and a king size bed. It is furnished with end tables, a TV with Dish Satellite and a dresser. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a TV with Dish Satellite. The living room has an oversized couch, 55 inch ROKU TV and Dish Satellite and a comfortable chair to relax in after a long day at the beach.

Getting around
You can walk to the Hangout and the main strip. You can rent bikes and bike to the Big Beach Brewery, Gulf Shores State Park or any nearby restaurants. The Gulf Shores State Park offers free bikes as long as you state on that property.

- Must Be 25 to Rent
1. Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. The windows/doors are not to be opened when the air conditioner is running. Doing so can ruin the unit and the cost to replace could be up to $5,000.
7. Parking:
PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There are 2 parking passes in the unit that need to be displayed in your vehicle. You need to make sure you return them to the unit prior to leaving or you will need to pay the associations fee to replace.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens aside from beach towels to be taken from the units.
9. Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
•Please do not open the Sliding Glass Door while the Air Conditioning is on, this puts strain on the air conditioner and can cause it to not work. The air conditioner can freeze up and it is costly to fix.
•Please do not remove any bedding or towels, you will be charged for any missing bedding or towels
•The clothes Dryer is small, please do not overfill or it will over heat and break. If you need to do laundry, please do SMALL loads and consider hanging towels outside to dry. Please keep the door to the closet open when using the dryer. If you use the dryer please clean the lint collector at the front of the dryer after each use. If you need assistance, let us know.
•The trash for the community is under the Roadside Building, in the white fenced in area next to the street.
•Please do not move any furniture.
•Please do not sit on any of the furniture in wet bathing suits.
•Please keep the couch protector on the couch to help keep it clean for all guests. Please don't jump on the furniture. We are hopeful all guests will be kind to the furniture so it will last longer and we can keep the cost to rent the condo down.
•If something is not in working order, please let us know upon arrival so we can have the issue resolved.
Before leaving please make sure to do the following:
•There are 2 Parking Passes provided for your stay. The Parking Passes MUST be left on the counter when you leave. This is very important as we are charged $50 per pass and if a pass is not returned, we will have to charge you for that pass. Prior to leaving please take a picture of the passes on the counter and text to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
•There are 4 Beach Access FOBS that are utilized to access the Beach. When you leave, they MUST be left on the counter in the kitchen. If they are missing, there will be a $50 charge per fob. Prior to leaving please take a picture of the fobs on the counter and text to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
•All dishes have been washed or in the dishwasher and the dishwasher has been run
•All used towels/washcloths are placed in the bathtub
•All windows are closed and locked
•All curtains are closed
•The garbage is taken out to the dumpster by the road
•The thermostat is set at 55 in the winter and 78 in the summer
•The balcony doors are locked
•Please keep the grounds of the complex clean as well. If you leave trash, cigarette butts or any garbage lying around, there is a $25 fee to have it cleaned up.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to 30 days, you will receive a refund for the deposit. Anything cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, will forfiet their deposit.
Notes
In order to access the beach, there are beach fobs in the unit that need to be used to open the gate to the beach. The purpose of these fobs is to eliminate others from using our beach access.
