IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation, you agree to follow our house rules:


*NO SMOKING INSIDE
*NO Excessive guests
*NO Partying of any kind inside or on the property. This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.
*Four legged friends welcome, but require prior approval. Additional cleaning fee required to sanitize pet allergens for future guests

Penalties for the Following:
- Smoking inside - $500
- Pets on property without prior approval - $500/pet
- Excessive Guests than on reservation - $50/guest per day
- Excessive Cleaning Fee (if place is left a mess) - $500
- Lost Keys - $50
- Late Checkout past 10am without our consent - $100
- Any Damage - Cost of replacing items plus 25%

Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours of check-in. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.

Our cleaning crew thoroughly cleans after each guest's stay, but occasionally a stray hair or spot of dust may be found. We do compensate guests over minor findings.No smoking No parties or events
