Just one block from the beach and the bay! This unit is newly refurbished and provides smart TVs for multiple subscription access.

Living area with a sofa, kitchen, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dining area complete with gathering space. This room is adjacent to a master suite with one queen bed. Guest room has 2 queen beds each with its own bathroom and shower.

Payment Policy

Payment made by check only. Security deposit of $250.00 and 1/2 of rental due with signed lease. Remaining rent due 30 days before rental.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit returned after cleaning crew confirmation of any damage or extra cleaning. In addition, deductions for any On Demand or cable purchases. Deposit returned maximum 60 days and minimum 45 days after rental.

Cancellation Policy

Refund given if canceled within 90 days of beginning of rental. Any cancellation after 60 days will only be refunded if re-rental is attained at the same rental rate.
