From the living space, a flight of open tread stairs leads to an upper loft-style floor with 2 spacious double bedrooms, each with terrace access. A retro-fitted bathroom suite with tub and overhead shower is complemented by a 2nd service bathroom with washing machine.

Outside, the spacious apartment benefits from a sunny private terrace with bistro dining set.
The timeless 2-storey penthouse is reached via 36 external steps (no lift).

The 5-storey residence is within easy walking distance of the resort restaurants, supermarkets and lido beaches.

Please note - the holiday home is located in the historical centre of Alassio, where cars are not permitted (so parking is unavailable).

Location:

The 5-storey residence is situated along ‘Via Veneto’, 2-3 minutes’ walk away from supermarkets, a selection of authentic eateries, bars and restaurants and the beach lidos. Tennis courts can be reached in 9 minutes on foot and families looking to enjoy some classic holiday fun will find the La Caravelle Aquapark 21 minutes’ drive away.

Further along the coast, Imperia and Andora (18-31 minutes’ drive away) promise more coastal fun and visitor highlights to enjoy, including ‘Castello di Andora’, the ‘Palazzo Tagliaferro’ Art museum (both in Andora) and the splendid Art Nouveau-era museum of ‘Villa Grock’ (situated in Imperia).

Afterwards, visitors can enjoy walking (or cycling) off their lunch at the ‘Parco Comunale del Ciapà’; with its pine woodland hiking and biking trails, sweeping panoramic sea views and restful picnic areas (23 minutes’ drive away). Nature fans are also well placed for exploring the beautiful coastal nature reserve of ‘Isola Gallinara’, which is perfect for sailing (both under 11 minutes’ drive away).

For those flying in, the nearest airports are Riviera Airport (10 minutes’ drive), Cristoforo Colombo Airport in Genoa (77 minutes’ drive away) and the Cote D’Azur airport in Nice (1.5 hr drive away). A damage deposit of 150EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
