Athelstan Townhouse: A Chich Townhouse in the heart of Historic Exeter - Exeter

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located property. You will have the run of the house and be just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Exeter. Exeter is a culturally vibrant city with lots of history including Exeter castle, the underground tunnels, the stunning Cathedral, old libraries and galleries. There are also lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in central Exeter. We are also a stones throw from Magdalen road, a street with lots of independent eateries.

Downstairs there is a fully functioning kitchen with Bosch appliances, a dining area with seating for six, bifold doors onto a small courtyard garden and a small WC. Additionally, there is a spacious lounge which has a smart tv and plenty of books and comfy places to relax.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, a double room, a twin room and a family bathroom with a full size bath. There are TVs in two of the bedrooms.

All bedding, a choice of pillows and fluffy towels are included.

You will have access to the whole property.

Due to the central location of this property, were pleased to offer on-street permit parking for one car per booking. For any additional vehicles, the nearby Triangle Car Park, located just across the road, is available at a rate of £11 per day.

Exeter Central train station is a 15 minute walk away or if coming from Exeter St Davids there is a good bus link to the main bus station, which is a 2 minute walk from the house. National Express bus links arrive into or around the main bus station.
