Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom cottage in McKinneys historic neighborhood district. Just blocks off the downtown square on beautiful tree-lined College St, April Skies Cottage will welcome you with the comforts of home. Each charming bedroom features premium comfort mattresses and quality bedding. Whether you are here for the festivals, the shopping, or a wedding, the dining or just to relax in our peaceful town, you will be glad you came to visit April Skies in McKinney, Texas.
Your inspiration is our passion and the April Skies Cottage will not disappoint. The cottage features a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. All bed linens, towels, shampoo, soaps, etc. are provided. Make yourself at home and celebrate friends and/or family times in the lovely living spaces or on the outdoor back deck with rustic dry bar.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature comfort Queen mattresses and quality linens. Bedroom 3 features a Twin Trundle bed with 2 comfort mattresses and quality linens.

Getting around

We are within walking distance of the downtown square, and walking maps are provided for you. Trolley Tours are available on the 2nd Saturday from April - November. You can also call DASH, a service of the McKinney Historic District, to pick you up from any of the 6 public parking lots and drop you right at the square. They will also pick you up from the square and take you back to your car. For FREE!
