Newly redesigned, this condo is perfect for your mountain get-away. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath and pool towels for six guests. TV in every room. Laundry inside the unit as well.

Guest access:

Common area in the gated community includes BBQ grills, pool, hot tub, baby pool, sanctuary. Grills and pools are seasonal. The hot tub is open year-round.

Interaction with guests:

We offer self-check-in/check out. We hope to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Call or text anytime.

If you would like to check-in early or check out late, please ask! If the unit is available, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. There may be an additional charge.

Bath and pool towels provided. Additional items available for your use in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap.

House Rules:
No pets of any kind in the condo or on the community grounds
No illegal drugs of any kind in the condo or on the community grounds
No smoking cigarettes, cigars, etc in the condo or on the community grounds
No subletting of the condo No overnight house guests without prior owner/property manager permission

No events, please

No garbage is to be left outside at any time.
Guest agrees to sign our rental agreement upon booking
